OGQ Backgrounds collect users personal information to provide the best possible experience when you utilize our Service. Here are the following information of personal data we collect :
During linkage process of registration to the membership, the company collects name, gender(sex), profile images, location, email addresses, nationality and language settings of the mobile devices. Friends list also can be collected optionally. For customer services and giveaway events, the company collects shipping informations, contact informations, and/or payment informations. Automatically generated IP address, usage records, illegal usage records, device information can be collected in order to use the Services OGQ Corp operates.

To easily access view, update, delete or port your personal data(where available), please visit ‘Account Settings’ after signing into your account. If you request to delete your personal data and that data is necessary for the products or services you have purchased, the request will be honored only to the extent where it is no longer necessary for any services purchased or required for our legitimate business purposes or legal or contractual record keeping requirements. Personal information registered in order to use the service may be able to be viewed, modified and deleted whenever the user wants. Personal information of a child under the age of 14 may be able to be viewed, modified and deleted by the legal representative on behalf of the child.
In the case that user requests to correct the errors of personal information, the concerned personal information will not be used or provided until the correction is completed. Also, in the case that such wrong information has been already provided to the third party, the correction result will be notified to the third party without delay, and the correction will be ensured to be made.
Company handles the un-subscribed or deleted personal information by the user or the user's legal representative in accordance at the "5. Period of possession and use of personal information" and also processes not to be viewed and used for the other purposes.
The third parties' personal information treatments by such the websites linked within OGQ Backgrounds services are not applicable by this Privacy Policy.
OGQ Background have the rights to edit this Privacy Policy. In the case there’s any addition, deletion, correction occurred in this private policy, the details of the revision will be posted in the company’s homepage, ‘Notice’ in the service or by an easy way to be recognized at least before 7 days of such case. However, in the event that there any change occurred in the important content of the user’s right or responsibility, it will be noticed at least before 30 days of such event.
